Exec Coach and Author

What if we could build an internal compass for our lives that provides direction at every turning point of your personal and professional journey?

My new book The Saint and the Drunk - A Guide to Making the Big Decisions In Your Life shows how to build a practice of intentional decision making.

I am a board certified executive coach who has been working with leaders, mostly women, for over a decade, and helping them with decisions about business and career. I am also a trainer who focuses on negotiation, presentation and public speaking skills.

Some of my favorite topics are
- how to identify common cultural and familial narratives that can support or limit
- how to connect to somatic wisdom or what I call the "genius of the body" as well as intuitive and intellectual cues of attraction and aversion;
- how to clarify values and dreams
- the importance of honoring resistance
- dealing with the impact of grief and trauma on decision making

I have a BA from Stanford University and and MA in Transformational Leadership from Seattle University.

My storytelling has been featured on the The Moth and in the best-selling book All These Wonders. My work has been in the Guardian, Living Peace, the Global Sisters Report and NPR. I have a substack called Fierce Grace, a successful podcast of my own called The Bad Boss Brief and I have spoken at numerous conferences.
