I bought a refurbished laptop from Amazon, 6 months ago. I absolutely loved my laptop, but it suddenly stopped charging. I brought it to the Apple Store to see if I could get it repaired. What I found is that the fix would be more expensive than the computer itself. So I called Amazon and shared with them what had happened, and their initial response was, “No worries, we are going to help you figure this out let's see what your options are.” Only 15 minutes later, I was told I would have a full refund! I can't remember when I received such fantastic customer service. This is just one of the many reasons I chose to be an Amazon Affiliate; they truly stand by their products.
